FAQs

1) How do I order?

Please place your order at www.guozilla.com.my

Step 1: Sign Up / Login to your account 

Step 2: Select products and add to cart

Step 3: Review your cart and click “Checkout” 

Step 4: Key in your contact and delivery details

Step 5: Select preferred shipping method 

Step 6: Select payment method 

*Remember to check your order details before clicking “Place Order Now”. You will not be able to change the details upon placing an order. Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Refund Policy apply to your order. 

Step 7: Make payment and wait for your fresh fruits / vegetables to be delivered to you. 


2) What are the payment methods available?

We support wide payment option through iPay88. We accept online banking, e-wallets and credit/debit cards.


3) Where can I deliver to?

All West malaysia and East malaysia state.
We currently deliver to Klang Valley by own feet 

4) How long does the delivery take?

Klang Valley - All order will deliver within 2 Working days
Outside Klang Valley - 2-3 day day.
East Malaysia area - Will send to courier within 2 working days, Courier might take 2-3 day to deliver

5) Can I choose my delivery time?

Klang Valley area only send out after 2pm - 7pm 
Other area Delivery time control by courier

6) How do I track my order?

You will receive an email confirmation of your order. Order will be scheduled for next day delivery.

You will receive a notification when the rider is coming to you.


7) Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel any order at the pending status. Order which is already processed cannot be cancelled.


8) Can I combine my order made separately?

Unfortunately, we are unable to make any further amendment to orders that are already processed successfully.


9) What should I do if I received a wrong item?

We are sorry for the inconveniences. Please immediately contact us at +6010-383 8001 and drop us an email at hello@guozilla.com.my. Do provide your order ID and photo/video of your item. Our team will response to you as soon as possible. 


10) What should I do if the item I received is noticeably not fresh?

We take quality seriously. Please immediately contact us at +6010-383 8001 or drop us an email at hello@guozilla.com.my. Do provide your order ID and photo of your item. Our team will response to you as soon as possible. 


11) What should I do if an item is missing from my order?

We are sorry for the inconveniences. Please immediately contact us at +6010-383 8001 or drop us an email at hello@guozilla.com.my. Do provide your order ID and photo of your item. Our team will response to you as soon as possible. 


12) What if I am not around at the time of the delivery?

Kindly let us know if you won’t be around on the delivery date OR we can’t contact you upon delivery, we can arrange for a re-attempt delivery (charge will be imposed)

13) Can I do self-collection?

Self-collection is available at our physical store at
No.3-G, Jln Dataran Cheras 1, Dataran Perniagaan Cheras, Balakong, 43200 Cheras, Selangor Darul Ehsan, Malaysia.


14) What happens if the item I ordered is out of stock?

We will not charge you for any out-of-stock item. We will automatically process the refund of the said item once your delivery is completed. The refund will be credited to your account depending on your payment method:

  • Credit Cards / Debit Cards
  • E-wallet
  • Online Banking

The refund periods may vary depending on your card’s issuing bank. Please contact your respective banks for more precise estimates on the refund period or check your transaction statement for a credited amount.
